Ocean Views up and down the OC Coast!!

Wednesday Feb. 4th was a Fabulous Day in the OC. The weather was amazing and the views went on and on. There have been many days this winter where you could see Catalina and all the Islands like they were next door. Living here……We have so much to be grateful for!

Yesterday in Laguna, I previewed many beautiful ocean view properties. One that stands out in my mind is in a small gated community on the Ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway.  However, this is not a small home.  A 4 story estate with an elevator accessing all floors.  20 ft ceilings in the foyer and 4 beautiful bedroom suites.  A great room with large glass doors opening to the ocean views. Expansive decks with fabulous ocean views and kitchen facilities. The top level deck also  has a spa. What a great way to relax after a long day!  The game room has a billard table, bar and walk in 90 bottle wine room.And, oh by the way, if you need more than the 7,000 sq. ft. plus home, you do have a subterranean 11 car garage.  First class all the way…..and for under $12,000,000.

There was another nice home in Emerald Bay with Catalina views from the living area and view deck. 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths and remodeled in 2007. A great deal at $3,595,000. Very few EB homes come on the market in this condition in the 3 million range. Emerald Bay is a wonderful gated community with it’s own beach, community center, fire department, and tennis courts. A wonderful place to live!!
