Hope you have been enjoying this FABULOUS weekend! I did!!
Golf, Rollerblading, tennis, Open Houses…Life is good in Southern California! I LOVE summer. I know we are so lucky to have good weather all year long…..but REALLY perfect weather….I soooo appreciate it!
Balboa Island was very busy this weekend with visitors from Europe, Arizona, Neveda and ANYWHERE inland where the temps were double digits!!! We have seen a lot of local and daytime activity from Southern California residents. So…..would you love to live here too? We have some AMAZING opportunities. As of right now….there are a total of 29 active listings on Balboa Island. There are actually 2 Islands….the “Big Island” and the “Little Island”. They vary in size and style and that is what makes the Island so special! The prices range from $1,695,000 to $5,695,000. 5 of these properties are on the Bayfronts or the Grand Canal.
